Get your access to the Ticket portal

To get access to the Ticket Portal, follow these steps:

  1. Create a user in the Back Office – Ask your Account Owner to create a user for you (the Restricted role is sufficient). Ensure the Account Owner links you to all the companies you are associated with.

  2. Wait for synchronization – It may take up to 24 hours for all links to sync with the Ticket Portal. If you need immediate access, ask the ticket creator to add you as a ticket participant (you will collaborate via email).

  3. Log in to the Back Office – Make sure you are logged in before proceeding.

  4. Access the Ticket Portal – Visit the Help Center and click the "Ticket Portal" button.
