To get access to the Ticket Portal, follow these steps:
Create a user in the Back Office β Ask your Account Owner to create a user for you (the Restricted role is sufficient). Ensure the Account Owner links you to all the companies you are associated with.
Wait for synchronization β It may take up to 24 hours for all links to sync with the Ticket Portal. If you need immediate access, ask the ticket creator to add you as a ticket participant (you will collaborate via email).
Log in to the Back Office β Make sure you are logged in before proceeding.
Access the Ticket Portal β Visit the Help Center and click the "Ticket Portal" button.
